Area Sales Manager Jørn K. Nielsen explains: “We are proud of becoming a supplier to this prestigious brand within a new kind of industry for FJ Industries. It has been a short and intense development phase we have had together with the customer and especially the combination of a very complex design and thin wall thickness has been a challenge. We have solved the technical difficulties and just around Christmas time, we are starting up serial production in China”.

Due to many new orders for sinter components requiring very complex tooling, FJ Industries has bought a new state of the art Electrical Discharge Machine.
Technical Manager Sylvain Pourroy explains: “We have recently signed up for several new contracts for both automotive and non-automotive customers and we simply have to increase our internal EDM capacity now. The machine will be delivered and up and running before New Year. Delivery time from tool order until first sample and PPAP is very critical for our customers and it is our goal to stay competitive also on this parameter“.
