Quality policy

The FJI Group is a responsible supplier that with the customer in the center always strives to deliver quality products that will increase customer satisfaction, ensure long term and profitable growth and create development and renewal for the benefit of the company’s shareholders, employees, customers and society as a whole.

The FJI Group focus on proactively promoting the quality mindset, so that all employees contribute on a daily basis to our customers experiencing quality in all products that the FJI Group’s companies deliver.

This is ensured through quality management systems with IATF 16949 as the basis for the group’s cross-organizational functions, as well as continuous clarification of the business’s risk and opportunities to ensure attention to these and to be able to implement measures to improve the QMS in a timely manner.

FJ Industries Quality Management System (QMS) consists of the Quality Manual (QM) that serves for information of both customers and employees, Supplier Quality Manual (SQM) for the continuation of the company requirements and expectations to the suppliers, as well as of procedures, work instructions, formulas, and appendix that are calculated for internal use.

FJ Industries Quality Management System (QMS) is process-based and deals with all activities in the process from receipt of inquiry until the items are delivered to the customer.

The QMS has been made in accordance with the requirements of the ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards.

This QHSE manual, it’s policies and our QMS apply to all FJI Group employees who are obliged to follow the system’s instructions and work to improve this effectively.

Through our procedures, it is described how the results from the internal audits, customer satisfaction surveys, and the analysis of deviations are used to continuously improve our quality management system, as well as ensure that all the risks are evaluated. Besides, compliance with the product demand through control, labeling of both the customer’s and our own products, labeling of products in quarantine, as well as product control during the manufacture process is ensured.

All three companies in the FJI Group have independent quality certificates. The quality manager for FJI DK is overall responsible for the quality for all certified companies, but the Chinese company carries out their certification itself together with the 3-part auditor, with support from FJI DK.

Health policy

We believe that it is the responsibility of every individual within the organization to contribute to an environment where employees, customers, and other stakeholders can feel safe and secure. That is why we have integrated health, safety, and well-being considerations into our everyday business practices, as we recognize the importance of these factors in creating a positive and productive workplace.

We work based on the following guidelines:

  • Reduce the probability of accidents which have the potential to cause injury, disablement & loss of life of employees, visitors and company’s assets.
  • Minimize health impairment of people involved in carrying out the manufacturing activities at different manufacturing locations.
  • Ensure compliance with all statutory laws, rules & regulations.
  • Educate the employees so that they can be aware of their own health & well.
  • Train & thereby motivate the employees so that they are able to identify & eliminate prevailing unsafe practices.

Safety policy

FJI has a proud tradition of working with a “Zero-injury” culture which includes the implementation of an on-going inspections and controls where possible, the establishment of safe working procedures and effective housekeeping, including the use of appropriate personal protective equipment.

Suppliers must assess emergency risks and have emergency response plans and procedures in place.

Environment policy

FJI has a proud tradition of working with a “Zero-environmental accidents philosophy”, which meant that the company has not had any deviations in this area for decades.

To ensure and maintain this status and philosophy, the company has incorporated a wide range of processes that ensure continuous updating and implementation of new requirements from our stakeholders, where technically and economically feasible.

For now, only the company’s Chinese department is environmentally certified according to ISO 14001, with the other departments working according to many of the same guidelines and not least based on national and local legislation.

The company is responsible for and complies with all applicable and relevant laws and regulations. The company supports, among other things, the requirements for RoHS, Reach and conflict minerals, where documentation is collected from suppliers as needed in connection with the preparation of declarations on the finished products.

Through established maintenance systems for the company’s production equipment and ventilation systems, work is ongoing to minimize energy consumption and ensure minimal emissions and noise, with the aim of ensuring the best possible working environment and the external immediate environment.

The company’s process waste is sorted and disposed of in accordance with the authorities’ requirements and with a strong focus on possible recycling. We have a system and trained employees who can handle dangerous goods and, if necessary, ensure containment of any damage should an incident occur.
